Job Description
- Act as expert for hospital IT Network implementation of Brainlab products
- Develop site-specific configuration and documentation for customers in terms of IT network integration
- Support the assigned primary contact person in a Customer Consulting project with your expertise
- Establish reliable project timelines for assigned tasks in coordination with project teams
- Communicate working results and changes in timeline to responsible Project Consultants and all affected parties
- Drive sales phase with regards to the Digital O.R. product line
- Technical review and assessment of contracts & RFP documents
- Technical review and assessment of security questionnaires for all Brainlab products
- Project management to stay within defined quality, budgets, and time
- Prepare feasible handover to the production and installation teams
- Installation and implementation coordination with the project team, service, and support
- Maintain project documentation, schedules & status reporting
- Finalization and handover of the project documentation to the customer
- Project close-out and lessons learned feedback
- Business partner relationship management within area of responsibility
- Continuously improve expertise in hospital IT standards, procedures, and clinical workflows
- Process and manage internal improvement projects
- Regular reporting to the Director Digital O.R.
- Work closely with the Brainlab HIPAA / Privacy Officer
- Act according to Brainlab’ s SOPs, policies, and QM standards
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biomedical or Computer Science, and 4 years’ experience of Healthcare IT
- Extensive knowledge of computer networking systems, PowerShell, HL7, FHIR, Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Configuration, DICOM Tools and Certificate Management
- Experience with Cybersecurity, Amazon AWS, and Wireshark
- Experience with IT hardware and software deployment and configuration
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and agility in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative, and creativity
- Excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneously
- Project Management Mindset, taking ownership and driving progress, clear communication to various stakeholders and appropriate use of escalation
- Preferably experience with leading projects within the healthcare / Hospital environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%
