Job Description

In June, Brainlab announced the spin-off of its former subsidiary, Snke. While both companies will operate independently, they will continue to collaborate closely. You will initially join the IT at Brainlab to support Snke during the transition, after which you will fully transition to Snke to continue your career.

As part of our IT department, you will play a key role in supporting the newly separated company. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a foundational team that will not only ensure continuity of IT services but also help design and implement the IT landscape for a new, independent organization.

We are looking for versatile IT Workplace generalists who are hands-on, adaptable, and eager to work across a broad range of technologies and responsibilities.

Your main tasks are:

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Manage identity and access via Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Conditional Access policies.
  • Manage M365 tenant configurations, licensing, and security settings.
  • Assist in the migration of M365 workloads and identities from the company to the new tenant
  • Collaborate on IT projects involving cloud migration, automation, and integration.
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and other security tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Independent, organized, and solution-oriented working style
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
