
Senior Product Test Technician

Job Description
- Conducting the Incoming Products Inspection and packaging as specified in the corresponding SOP
- Define product status by location on the shelves close to the test station
- Complete, sign, and file Testing Protocols
- Focus on continuous improvement of testing procedures and performance
- Focus on timely inspection of goods – testroom inspection stock should be less than 5 working days
- Maintain a proper and organized workspace
- Maintain the assigned tools complete and in good condition
- Provide ideas and innovations for improving the current product tests
- Provide a positive impression to all visitors regarding quality of Brainlab production
- Be aware of all Quality Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) regarding the Operational Division
Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical education or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in incoming goods inspection, quality assurance, or a production-related environment is an advantage
- Confident handling of test protocols and standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong quality awareness and organizational skills
- Ability to clearly identify and properly store product status
- Willingness to continuously improve testing processes and workflows
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Confident in using tools and responsible for their maintenance and upkeep
