Job Description
Efficient and seamlessly integrated processes are crucial for the global Brainlab organization. As a Business Application Developer, you design and implement sustainable technical solutions, enhance system integrations, and improve the daily workflows of our internal users.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into scalable system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions, including:
- .NET backend components
- SPFx applications for SharePoint Online
- workflow automations and integrations between systems
- Manage code and development workflows in GitHub or Azure DevOps
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system or process issues.
- Monitor applications, coordinate updates/releases, and resolve bugs or performance anomalies.
- Maintain documentation for processes, architecture, and technical designs.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years professional experience in software development
- Practical development experience with:
- .NET / C#
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- SPFx
- Python or similar scripting languages
- Power Platform
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps (version control, CI/CD).
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with NServiceBus or other messaging/service bus technologies.
- Well‑organized with strong, structured, and logical problem‑solving skills
- profound understanding of concepts and trends in computer software and technology
- Motivation to build clean, sustainable solutions that improve internal processes and tools.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
