Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student in Product Management Spine Surgery. The team Product Management Spine surgery is the connecting hub for all Brainlab products that support our customers throughout their spinal procedure. We define ourselves as a clinical workflow driven team and strive for high ease-of-use of our products throughout the surgical workflow, from simple to complex spinal procedures, by connecting the different pieces together: imaging, pre-operative planning, flexible and reliable patient registration and (robotic-assisted) surgical guidance. As an active member of our team, your focus will be on Product Management activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identification of market and technology trends
  • Conducting competitive analyses
  • Support in the evaluation and validation of technical and clinical concepts
  • Support in the creation of "business plans"
  • Organization and participation in clinical fairs
  • Development of a marketing concept for partner companies (communication, PR, data exchange, presentations)
  • Support the team with daily tasks
  • Have a direct interface with the product managers, the marketing department, as well as with many different other teams and divisions at Brainlab

Qualifications

  • Studies in marketing or business administration, alternatively technical studies
  • Well-organized, proactive and structured working style, first experience in project management is a plus
  • High motivation and interest in technologies and clinical use cases
  • Assertiveness & hands-on mentality
  • Great communication skills & passionate about working with others
  • Good observation and listening skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Clinical knowledge or background in medical technology is a plus
